As Lead, Security Operations & IT at Polygon Labs, I led security operations and IT for a fast-scaling Web3 company through four years of growth, M&A, and audit maturation, a high-stakes, adversarial production environment where the assets at risk were real and the attackers were constant. I chaired the Information Security Risk Committee and served as ISMS owner of record, led the company's first ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 compliance, and owned the risk registers, incident response plan, and business continuity and disaster recovery framework. That includes direct, operational responsibility for the controls around custody, access, and treasury security in a live Web3 environment.
